さて、先日発注しておいたボトルポーチが届きました。
で、今日、新しい靴を買わなくちゃ って事で、シューズを買ってきました。
予言通り、Mizunoにしました。Wave Mercury2 です。

これで、２時間Runってのをやってみました。予想で２０ｋｍくらい走れるかな。ってところ
結論
２０．３ｋｍ
シューズの感触の前に、このシューズの特徴を説明しよう。
このシューズは片方で２８０ｇ（シューズは基本２６．０ｃｍの重さで表現します。２６．５だったかなｗ）
私が今まで選んで来たシューズは３４０ｇ～３２０ｇ。つまり軽いわけです。
前にも書きましたが、初心者はあれこれサポートが効いてるのでシューズが重くなる。
中級者～上級者になるにつれシューズは軽くなり、必要最低限のサポート機能になっていく。
よって、私が買ったシューズは脱初心者シューズであ～る。
そして、買ったサイズは２６．０ｃｍ 私の実際の足の大きさが２５．５ｃｍであ～る。
何度も履き比べ選びました。
では、このシューズを履いて走った感触を。
１、軽い。
２、中で足が遊ばないので走りやすい。
３、クッション性能が今までより落としてあるので、足の裏が痛かった。
４、足の裏に豆が出来た。
５、国体会場（自宅から車で３０分くらい）で各メーカーが特売ブースを設け、シューズやらを叩き売りしてるらしい。
６、はらいせに親父にサングラスをねだる。
そんな感じであ～る。
小さく、足にあった、キュッとしたシューズって感じ。この走りやすさは今までとは全く違う感覚。
今までより、より自分の足でキックしてるって感じって言えば分かりやすいかな。
次にポーチ。
これが思ったよりかなり優秀。
近所のスポーツ店でおいてあるのを買おうかな～って思ってんだけど、妥協せずに時間掛かっても
欲しい物を買って正解だった。
使用感で大切なのが、揺れない これが一番大切。
で、結果から言うと、ほとんど気にならないくらい揺れない。
私、普段、仕事で安全帯ってのを付けてるんですが、それに腰袋を付けてます。ので、
腰回りにこういった物を付けてる感覚に違和感を感じないのもあったのかもしれません。
しかし、揺れない。ただ、ポジションは上の方。バンドはおへそのちょっとしたくらい。
ウエストのくぼみで締めて装着すれば大丈夫。骨盤あたりで付けちゃうとJog時の腰のひねりで
余計に揺れちゃうでしょうね。
大き目のポケットが付いてるのを選んで良かった。iPhone5、縦に大きくなってるからｗ
で、使ってみた感触を
１、揺れず、水分をKeepしてくれてる頼りがいのある奴
２、大き目のポーチにiPhone5 もスッポリ！
３、ポーチのチャックは反対がよかった。イヤホンのケーブルがパツパツ気味＞＜
４、途中で水分補給が出来ちゃうが、給水所で紙コップを取る練習も必要
５、ボトルポーチまで付けて、このカッコ付けが！って思われてるのが嫌だ。
６、誰かスペシャルドリンクを考えてほしい。今はアミノバイタル３０００Water
走り終わった段階で体の感触は
１、筋肉的に、まだまだ走れる
２、心肺機能的に、まだまだ走れる
３、キツカッタのは足の裏の豆だけ
４、神戸では３５ｋｍ辺りに美女応援チームがスタンバイしてるらしい。
